The Shift Group works closely with their clients to formulate sustainable goals and to track their progress toward completing them.  Consulting services include the following stages completed within a timeframe determined by the client goals:

• Develop a Business Sustainability Plan (BSP)— leverage plans for green job conversion, where possible, while ramping up profits through environmental and stakeholder integration
• Implement “best practices”— to ensure consistency in the implementation of the BSP
• Measure and assess progress— to quickly adjust BSP when needed to keep desired results on track
• Validate and improve—to maximize impact of the BSP while keeping ahead of the competition
• Recommend additional steps— to improve positioning as the sustainability leader in the industry
• Access to strategic partners—for additional impact in the market place
